I’m Vikki—a natural helper who truly finds joy in bringing order, ease, and support into other people’s lives. Helping clients feel less overwhelmed and more in control is at the heart of what I do, and it’s a role that feels both deeply personal and incredibly rewarding.
Even as a little girl, I loved keeping things tidy and organized. I was the one straightening up drawers, organizing my friend’s closets, and creating systems for fun. That love of order never left—it just evolved. Today, I bring that same eye for detail and natural sense of structure into every home, office, and project I take on.
Clients often describe me as calm, trustworthy, and detail-oriented. Whether I’m managing a packed schedule, organizing a cluttered space, or helping someone through a major life transition, I bring a grounded presence and a practical, can-do attitude. I approach every task with care, efficiency, and a genuine desire to help.
With over 20 years in office administration, I’ve developed a strong foundation in systems thinking, time management, and workflow optimization—all of which translate seamlessly into my work as a Professional Organizer | Personal Assistant.
Outside of work, I enjoy relaxing on my hammock, thrifting and gardening—simple pleasures that keep me grounded and inspired. These moments of calm remind me why I do what I do: to help others create space in their lives for what truly matters.
